Little East Neck Road needs a little attention A section of sidewalk along Little East Neck Road needs a little attention. The area is on the west side of the road, from Pratt Avenue, north of the West Babylon Middle School. It is broken up in parts, and entirely non existent in others, and should be redone completely. This portion of sidewalk is along a heavily trafficked street that is used by students and women, many pushing strollers, as they try to get to and from the school. In good weather, it is difficult to navigate, and in bad weather, it is impossible. Rain and ice form in the ruts and gullies, making the area a mess. We think the Town of Babylon, which has done such a fine job of fixing up a large portion of Little East Neck Road, should take a look at this problem and put it on its "to do" list. We'd appreciate it and we know the walkers would too.
