Babylon Village Brownies visit Beacon Newspaper
Brownies from Babylon Village Girl Scout Troop 319 are budding reporters. On a recent field trip to local newspaper, The
Beacon, the girls met with editor Carolyn James who taught the girls the importance of getting the "facts right" when reporting a story. The girls visited the newspaper as part of the requirements for Careers and Write On Try It badges.
