DP Community Center summer program set to begin
The Deer Park Community Center Summer Program is ready. This summer there will be dodgeball on Mondays for eight to 10 and 11 to 13 year olds; Tues­day Wii tournaments; Wednesdays kickball/open gym for five to seven year olds and eight to 10 year olds; Thursdays, basketball for eight to 10 and 11 to 14 year olds and Fridays, whiffleball for ages 10 to 15. There will also be a basketball camp for age five to 15, a fundraising magic show on Fri., Aug. 1 and two Guitar Hero contests on July 18 and Aug., 15. There are Duck tickets for June 30, July 20 and Aug. 16.
